4. Preparation of Monthly and Annual Financial Statements. (Budgets, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
5. Define the actual Financing requirements of your company, creation and present to the bankthe necessary data assessing the ability of your enterprise to respond to the required funding.
6. Human Resources and Payroll:

  • Preparation of Employees Contracts
  • Keeping of Computerized Payroll System and issue monthly pay slips.
  • Keeping of Provident Fund Accounts.
  • Preparation of Social Insurance and income Tax Statements. We will let you know about the payable amount to the Social Insurance and income Tax, during the first 15 days every month.
  • Update of Employees’Annual Leaving statement. 
  • We will keep you informed about the changes of  PAYE and the labor law.
  • We will keep you updated about the subsidy programs for staff training. 

7. Maintains accounting registers required by the Income Tax and VAT legislation
8. Completion of quarterly TAX returns
9. Submission and clearance of quarterly TAX returns
10. Preparation and audit of the company’s annual financial statements
11. Preparation and review of the Company’s tax computation
12. Submission of the annual financial statements to the Registrar of Companies and the tax computation to the Income Tax Office
